Success Through Empowered relationships Program (STEP)
- STEP creates valuable connections by pairing mentors with mentees within the Asian community. This program provides training for mentors to enhance their mentoring skills and offer guidance to mentees on building strong, effective relationships.
- STEP supports the personal and professional growth of mentees but also empowers mentors to be more impactful in their roles.
- STEP fosters a supportive environment where both mentors and mentees can learn, grow, and succeed together.
- STEP is open to any applicant, including non-NAAAP members, who can participate virtually, in person, or remotely.
Mission of STEP
