NAAAP is pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 STEP (Success Through Empowered Partnerships) Mentorship Program.

Entering our third cohort, we had 177 mentees paired in 2025. 

The Mission of STEP is to inspire, cultivate, and develop sustained connections across diverse communities through meaningful relationships and mentorship.

The Vision of STEP is to develop and empower Asian professionals through mentorship connections. Learn more about the program here.

Registration for STEP is limited to a number of spots with priority given to NAAAP members. Please register early and before March 6, 2026! Mentor/mentee pairings will be made by April.
